When will I get my order?
Our products are sustainably printed on demand in the UK, production takes between 3 to 5 business days. Once items have been shipped, delivery time is usually between 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that production and delivery times can take longer during peak times like Christmas holidays. We recommend placing orders earlier in case of delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping as standard with Royal Mail Second Class, this service is not tracked.
Express shipping is available at £5.00 with UPS Express Saver, delivery time is typically next-day by 12pm, you will receive tracking details via email when the items are shipped. You can choose this shipping method at checkout.
What is the return policy?
We offer 100% guarantee that your journals and notebooks will arrive in perfect condition.
If your items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly packaged, we'll offer a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. You just need to provide photographic evidence so that we can process it with the print on demand providers.
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning goods. We will refund the initial costs of goods and original delivery charges.
